摘　　要：目的:观察高强度聚焦超声消融治疗对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:选取本院收治的60例行高强度聚焦超声消融治疗的子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者在术前及术后3个月内,于月经期测量性激素六项,黄体期测量子宫内膜3DU-PDA参数和子宫动脉血流参数。分析高强度聚焦超声消融治疗对子宫内膜容受性的影响。结果:HIFU治疗前后3个月,患者性激素六项、子宫内膜及内膜下动脉血流参数和3DU-PDA参数无明显变化(P<0.05)。结论:高强度聚焦超声消融治疗对子宫内膜容受性影响不大,手术是安全的,具有推广价值。Objective：To study the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） ablation therapy on the endometrial receptivity.Method：60 uterine fibroids patients with HIFU ablation therapy were selected as the objects, at the preoperative and postoperative 3 months,the 6 steroid sex hormones of patients were measured in menstrual period,the 3DU-PDA parameters of endometrium and blood flow parameters of uterine artery of patients were measured in menstrual luteal phase,which used to analyze the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） ablation therapy on the endometrial receptivity.Result：Compared patients’ six steroid sex hormones,3DU-PDA parameters of endometrium and blood flow parameters of uterine artery at the preoperative and postoperative 3 months,there were no significant differences（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：High intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） ablation therapy have no effect on the endometrial receptivity.The operation is safe and has promotional value.
