心理护理干预对抑郁症患者临床效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预在抑郁症患者临床治疗中的价值。方法选取2015年1月~2016年6月就诊于我院的抑郁症患者120例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗和护理)与观察组(对照组基础上增加心理护理干预),各60例,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、自尊量表(SES)评分、自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分以及生活质量评分较干预前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,给予抑郁症患者心理护理干预,能够显著提高患者的治疗效果,改善其生活质量,值得在临床广泛开展。Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention in treatment depression.Methods 120 depression patients from January 2015 to June 2016 of our hospital were divided into control group（general treatment and nursing） and observation group（psychological nursing intervention on the basis of control group） according to random number table,60 cases in each group.Intervention effect between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the HAMD score,SES score,SCCS score and life quality score in two groups were improved than before intervention（P〈0.05）,and the improvement in observation group was obvious better than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of general treatment,using psychological nursing intervention for depression patients can obvious improve the treatment effect and life quality,and is worth to widely popularize in clinical.
