摘　　要：在"全员育人"的理念下,研究高校学生不同学习阶段在大学生命周期中的阶段特征,形成具有实际可操作的阶段管理模块,进行跨学习阶段的管理模块细分,构建学生事务团队管理的三体模式,才能打好"分"与"合"的组合拳,实现"教育、管理、服务和研究全面发展"的能力要求。Under the concept of ＂full education＂ , we study the characteristics of college students of different learning stages in the university cycle, forming a practical operational management module, carrying out cross - learning management module segmentation, building student affairs team management of the three - body model. To make the combination of the ＂segment＂ and ＂team＂ , we can fulfill the capacity requirements of ＂the comprehensive development of education, management, services and research ＂
