摘  要:高职院校大一学生在面临挫折,面对逆境时,他们的心理承受能力很低。本文在积极心理学的视角下,通过逆商培养是大学生思想政治教育的重点内容之一,也是高职院校学生管理工作的重要内容;教师通过细微的潜移默化的情景教育;积极主动进行自我的心理疏导;正确对待心理咨询;引导大一学生通过心理测试来对逆商进行监控;主要引路人是教师这六个方面来开展对高职院校大一学生的逆商进行培养,借此来提高他们自身素质,磨炼意志,增强心理免疫力,从而提高对社会生活和环境的适应能力。Higher vocational college freshman in the face of setbacks, the face of adversity, their psychological bearing capacity is low. In this paper, under the perspective of positive psychology, by inverse business culture is one of the important content of ideological and political education of college students, also is the important content of higher vocational colleges and universities student management work. Teachers through subtle exert a subtle influence on education; Active themselves psychological counseling. The right attitude towards counseling. Guide the freshman by psychological tests to monitor quotient. Teacher is the main leaders these six aspects in order to develop the quotient of higher vocational college freshman training, to improve their own quality, temper, enhance mental immunity, improving the adaptability of the social life and environment.
