摘　　要：针对目前高等学校存在着人才培养和用人单位需求脱节的现象。本次研究通过对南京地区相关企业进行调研,来弄清楚市场需求的人才与当前高校所培养出的风景园林专业人才的差距。并通过统计学的手段对所获得的数据进行分析。以求在教学工作中做到有的放矢,更为有效地培养服务于社会的应用型人才。According to the phenomenon that talents trained by high education cannot meet the social demands. This study try to understand the difference between social demands and high education by research on construction companies in Nanjing. By means of statistical analysis of the data obtained, the Landscape architecture education can be more targeted in cultivating applied talents meet by social demands.
