摘　　要：BIM(建筑信息化模型)在建筑工程领域具有广泛的应用空间,在高校人才培养方式上也具有极强的应用价值。以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,全面分析BIM应用在高校土建类的实际教学效果,探讨如何有效地改革现有教学模式、教学方法,将BIM应用通过组织学生参加各类BIM竞赛的方式引入到实践教学中,实践证明,能够提高高校土建类专业的教学水平与教学质量。BIM has a wide range of application in the field of construction engineering, in the univer- sity personnel training also has the extremely strong application value. Take Heilongjiang Bayi Agricul- tural University as an example, analysis the actual teaching effect of BIM application in civil engineering. Discussion on how to reform the existing teaching mode, teaching method, bring BIM into the practice teaching through the way of student competition, in order to improve the teaching level and teaching quality of civil engineering specialty in universities.
