摘 要:目的对中国东北地区鹿源致病性大肠杆菌血清型及携带毒力基因情况进行研究。方法根据大肠杆菌的不同毒力基因,设计了9对引物,应用单一PCR及多重PCR扩增,对85株大肠杆菌进行毒力基因检测。结果对中国东北地区患病鹿进行大肠杆菌的分离和鉴定,分离出85株鹿源大肠杆菌,通过血清学分类,鉴定出55株大肠杆菌,分别属于37个不同血清型,其中,EAST1基因阳性菌61株(71.76%),VT1基因阳性菌31株(36.47%),VT2基因阳性菌22株(25.88%),eae A阳性菌1株(1.18%),flich7基因阳性菌6株(7.06%),STb阳性菌1株(1.18%),LT阳性菌2株(2.36%),未检到STa、SLT-2e阳性菌。结论本研究初步阐明了我国东北地区鹿大肠杆菌病的主要血清型及主要致病基因,在临床治疗上应予重视。Objective To study the serotype and virulence genes of pathogenic Escherichia coli from deer in Northeast China.Methods According to the Escherichia coli with different toxicity genes,9 pairs of primers were designed to detect the 85Escherichia coli strains by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results A total of 85 strains of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli of deer origin were obtained.Based on serological categorization,it was found that 55 of these strains belonged to 37 inhomologous serotypes.EAST1 was found in 61 strains(71.76%),VT1 in 31(36.47%),VT2 in 22(25.88%),eae A in 1(1.18%),flich7 in 6(7.06%),stb in 1(1.18%),and LT in 2(2.36%),but neither sta gene nor SLT-2e gene was detected.Conclusion Our studies have offered some new information about the major serotypes and pathogenic genes of Escherichia coli from deer in China,which deserve more attention in clincal treatment.
