摘　　要：科学研究不仅能为社会科学的进步提供相应的理论支持,更是能提供方法论的指导。科学研究不仅提高科学工作者科学创新的水平及推动创新机制的规范化和合理化同时,更能为政府提出科学决策建议。通过科学范式和创新突破机制的研究,推动科学技术的创新发展与良性循环。从科学研究范式上进行创新突破研究,开展多种形式,积极推动科技创新,大力突破科技创新传统范式,催生大量科学研究成果服务社会。Scientific research can not only provide theoretical support for the progress of social science, but also provide the guidance of methodology. Scientific research can not only improve the level of scientific innovation of sci- entific workers, but also promote the standardization and rationalization of innovation mechanism. Through the re- search of the scientific paradigm and innovation breakthrough mechanism, we can promote the innovation and devel- opment of science and technology. We should make breakthroughs in scientific research, carry out various forms, actively promote scientific and technological innovation, break through the traditional paradigm of scientific and technological innovation, and create a large number of scientific research achievements to serve the society.
