摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的大背景下,高校专业硕士的培养如何适应科技创新创业的要求,围绕这个问题,结合培养实践展开研究。首先要培养专业硕士的创新精神和创新思维,使他们的头脑中牢固树立科技创新创业的理念。在导师团队的指导下,通过科技平台的创新实践,培育专业硕士科技创新创业潜能,努力提升他们的工程实践能力,在创新教育中培养创业人才,在承担国家振兴重任的同时,进一步体现个人的人生价值。Under the background of public business and innovation, the ways that make training for professional master in colleges and universities meet the requirements of technological innovation and entrepreneurship become an important issue. Around this issue, research is carried out combined with training practice. First of all, creative spirit and thought of the professional master should be cultivated, thus making these students firmly establish the philosophy of technological innovation and entrepreneurship in the mind. With the tutor teams＇ guidance and inno vative practice obtained from scientific platform, developing the professional master＇s potential in technological in- novation and entrepreneurship, improving ability of engineering practice, cultivating enterprise talents through inno- vation education, undertaking the tasks of national revitalization and simultaneously further embodying people＇s own life value.
