摘  要:目的探讨草苁蓉环烯醚萜苷(IGBR)对二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)所诱发的大鼠肝脏癌变过程中抗氧化活性的影响。方法将Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、肝癌组和IGBR组,肝癌组和IGBR组一次性腹腔注射200mg/kg DEN,然后给予0.05%的DEN水溶液自由饮水;IGBR组大鼠给予250mg/kg IGBR灌胃。从第12周开始,每4周随机处死大鼠。通过HE染色分析肝脏的病理学改变,用比色法测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果在诱发大鼠肝癌过程中,IGBR增加肝癌大鼠血清GSH-PX、SOD、CAT活性,降低LDH、GST、MDA活性,并且肝细胞破坏程度比肝癌组轻。结论 IGBR可以通过提高肝组织的抗氧化活性,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。Objective To study the Iridoid glucosides from Boschniakia rossica (IGBR) of diethyl nitrosamine(DEN) in rats in- duced by the influence of antioxidant activity in the process of liver cancer. Metheds Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, intraperitoneal injection of liver cancer model group and IGBR one -time DEN20Omg/kg, then gives 0.05% DEN solu- tion free drinking water; In IGBR group at the same time, according to the dose of 250 mg/kg IGBR lavage. Starting from 12 weeks, every 4 weeks from 3 groups randomly were put to death and 4 rats serum was isolated, until the end of the experiment. With colorimetric method for the determination of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ), glutathione - S - transferase ( GST), glutathione peroxidase( GSH - PX ) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), malondialdehyde ( MDA ), catalase (CAT) content. Results In the process of induced rat liver cancer,liver cancer serum GSH -PX in the model group, SOD, CAT, activity decreased, the activity of LDH, GST, MDA increased. However IGBR group the activity of serum presented with liver cancer in the model group the opposite trend. Conclusion IGBR can through improve the antioxidant activity of liver tissue, so as to play the role of anti - tumor.
