摘  要:目的探讨川天麻性状变量和品质变量的关系,建立性状-产量参数与品质多指标的多元数学函数模型。方法参考《中国药典》(2015版,一部),测定川天麻性状-产量参数与品质指标,并利用SPSS 19.0和Matlab分析软件对数据进行分析处理。结果建立了川天麻性状-产量参数与品质多指标的多元线性和非线性函数模型。在多元线性分析中,天麻素含量指标可以通过两个变量因子线性表示;在多元非线性分析中,川天麻的各品质指标与总长度、中段周长/长度比值有着很显著的关联性。结论基于不同的数学函数模型,我们可以对天麻块茎中的天麻素、醇浸出物、多糖及水浸出物的含量进行预估,本研究为系统建立川天麻品质评价体系提供了基础理论依据,为天麻资源的综合开发利用提供了基础研究资料。Objective To explore the relationship between trait variables and quality variables of Gastrodia elata B1. in Sichuan, and establish multivariate mathematical function model about the traits - yield parameters and quality indexes of Gastrodia elata BI.. Methods Reference to the 〈 People~ Republic of China Pharmacopoeia 〉 (2015 edition, a) , We first measured the traits -yield parameters and quality indicators about the Gastrodia elata B1. in Sichuan, and used SPSS 19.0 and Matlab to analyze and process those data. Results Multivariate linear and nonlinear function models were established for the traits - yield and quali- ty indexes of Gastrodia elata B1. in Sichuan. In the multivariate linear analysis, the content of the element can be expressed by two variables; and in the multivariate nonlinear analysis, there is a very significant correlation between the quality index and total length, ratio of perimeter / length in Gastrodia elata B1. in Sichuan. Conclusion Based on the different mathematical function model, we can estimate the content of gastrodin, alcohol extract, polysaccharides and water extract. This study provides basic the- oretical basis for the establishment of the quality evaluation system of Gastrodia etata B1. in Sichuan, and provides basic informa- tion for the comprehensive development and utilization of the resources.
