大学生创业环境、创业特质与创业能力关系的实证研究

摘　　要：创业能力对新创企业成长具有重要作用,但是如何提升创业能力却是创业实践中亟需解决的重要问题。以393个小微型创业企业的大学生创业者为样本,构建创业环境、创业特质和创业能力的理论模型,运用结构方程模型对研究假设进行验证。研究结果表明:创业能力的关键影响要素是创业特质、高校创业教育和创业政策;创业政策对创业能力具有直接显著的正向影响;高校创业教育既通过创业特质间接正向影响创业能力,也直接正向影响创业能力;创业文化通过创业特质间接正向影响创业能力。Entrepreneurs＇ entrepreneurial competence plays an important role in the growth of the new ventures, but how to promote entrepreneurial competence is a vital issue in practice. This paper builds the conceptual model of relationship among entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial competence, and uses structural equation to verify this theoretical hypothesis, based on a sample of 393 entrepreneurs of small and micro enterprises. The results show that： entrepreneurial traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial policy are the key affecting factors of the entrepreneurial competence. Entrepreneurial policy has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial competence directly. Entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities influences entrepreneurial competence by entrepreneurial traits indirectly, also directly affects the entrepreneurial competence. Entrepreneurial culture affects the entrepreneurial competence through entrepreneurial traits indirectly.
