摘 要:单相光伏并网逆变器中直流母线电压纹波的存在使得电压环控制器的设计变得困难,对此首先推导出稳态时直流母线电压纹波和电压环控制器输出量之间的数学关系,在此基础上提出了一种母线电压纹波补偿方法,将2次谐波注入直流母线电压环控制器中,以消除母线电压反馈中低频纹波对电压环控制器的干扰,有效降低了并网电流的畸变率,设计控制器时不必考虑电压纹波引起的带宽限制,有效防止了母线电压过低或过冲现象。仿真及实验结果证明了所提母线电压纹波分析方法以及补偿算法的合理性及有效性。Since the DC-bus voltage ripple of grid-connected single-phase photovoltaic inverter makes the design of voltage-loop controller very difficult,the mathematical steady-state relationship between DC-bus voltage ripple and voltage-loop controller output is derived,based on which,a scheme is proposed to compensate the DC-bus voltage ripple. It injects the second harmonic into the voltage-loop controller of DC- bus to eliminate the impact of low-frequency ripple in the DC-bus voltage feedback on the vohage-loop controller,which decreases the distortion rate of grid-connecting current effectively. Therefore,the bandwidth limitation due to the voltage ripple could not be considered during the design of voltage-loop controller and the overdeviation of bus voltage is effectively prevented. Simulative and experimental results show the rationality and effectiveness of the nronosed analvsis method and compensation scheme.
