摘 要:为了兼顾直流系统快速可靠启动和交流系统稳定可靠运行,提出利用直流输电的电力系统恢复多目标优化方法。所提方法以系统恢复功率的效率最大化、最短的直流输电系统启动时间和已恢复交流系统的抗冲击能力最大化为优化目标,并考虑各类约束;然后结合非支配近邻免疫算法(NNIA)和最短路径优化算法对电力系统恢复过程进行优化;最后采用灰关联投影算法对Pareto最优解集进行排序优选,确定最满意的利用直流输电的电力系统恢复方案。以新英格兰10机39节点系统和利用政平换流站恢复江苏南部电网为算例,并采用PSCAD搭建电力系统恢复模型,仿真验证了所提方法可快速、可靠地恢复电力系统。A method of multi-objective optimization of power system restoration using DC power transmission is proposed,which takes care of both the quick and reliable DC system startup and the stable and reliable AC system operation. It takes the maximum efficiency of system power restoration,the minimum startup time of DC power transmission system and the maximum impact-resistance ability of AC system as its objectives and considers various system constraints. The non-dominated neighbour immune algorithm and shortest path optimization algorithm are employed to optimize the progress of power system restoration and the grey relational projection algorithm is applied to rank the Pareto optimal solution sets for determining the optimal scheme of power system restoration using DC power transmission. A power system restoration model is established in PSCAD and,with New England 10-unit 39-bus power system and Jiangsu southern power system with Zhengping converter station as examples,it is verified that the proposed method restores the power system quickly and reliably.
