摘　　要：近年来,伴随电子商务的飞速发展,网络交易中违法违德的失信行为不断发生,这种现象破坏了正常的网络交易秩序。为了提升诚信对交易行为的规制作用,就要制定专门的信用建设法律,完善现有法律中诚信行为的相关规定,加大对诚信信息征集、评价、共享制度的监督与管理,强化传统诚信道德文化宣传与教育力度,这些措施既是依法有效规制网络交易中失信行为的方法,也是我国诚信制度建设内在的要求。Recently, along with the rapid development of e--commerce, a lot of illegal acts of dishonesty constantly occur in network transactions, which seriously undermines the normal order of network transaction. In order to enhance the regulation effect of integrity on trading, it requires deliberate legislation for credit construction, legis- lative perfection for related stipulation of honesty, supervisory and administrative enhancement for the collection, evaluation, and sharing of integrity information, as well as propagandist and educational reinforcement for tradi- tional moral culture. All of these measures not only serve as a legally effective regulation of discreditable behaviors in network transaction, but also an internal demand of credit--system construction in China.
