摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见的、多发的功能性肠病,其严重影响了患者的生活质量及身心健康。腹泻型乃其常见临床类型,中医将其主要归于"泄泻"、"腹痛"等范畴。近年来随着对其认识和研究的深入,中医药在本病治疗本病中具有一定的优势。脾虚湿阻型是其重要临床类型之一,从病因病机、临床表现、治法方药及体会等方面作以探讨。Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a clinical common functional bowel disease and the seriously influences the patients＇quality of life and health of body and mind. Diarrhea type of IBS is the common clinical type. In Chinese medicine it mainly attributes to diarrhea, pain and so on. In recent years, with the deepening of cognition and research, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has a certain advantage. Spleen deficiency and dampness ob- struction is one of the important clinical type. Now from the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, treatment and experience and so on were investigated.
