摘　　要：八宝丹具有清利湿热,活血解毒,退黄止痛的功效,临床上常用于治疗湿热蕴结所导致的黄疸、小便黄赤、恶心呕吐、纳呆、胁痛腹胀、发热等,对肝胆系疾病中辨证属湿热证者疗效显著。主要就八宝丹在肝病临床治疗中的应用进行综述,以期为中医药治疗肝病提供更多的思路和方法。Baobaodan has the effect of clearing dampheat, invigorating blood circulation and detoxification removing jaundice and relieving pain. Clinically it is often used to treat jaundice which is caused by accumulation of damp - heat, urine yellow, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, hypochondriac pain and abdominal distension, fever and so on. Babaodan has the significant effect for damp - heat syndrome of hepatobiliary disease. The review is mainly about the clinical treatment of Baobaodan in liver disease so as to seek more ideas and methods to treat liver diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.
