摘　　要：创新教育的核心是树立学生的创新精神,重培养能够快速适应社会发展需求的高素质人才,创新教育贯彻在艺术类研究生培养的每个环节,在高等院校的教学实践中具有基础性地位。当今社会对于艺术类研究生的培养普遍存在着功利性的误区,高校办学存在硬件设施及师资上的不足。教学上可采取学分制和工作室制相结合的培养模式,产学研一体的办学模式,以就业为导向,采用新的研究生考核和教师综合评价体系,提升艺术类研究生创新教育教学质量。The core of innovation education is to establish students＇ spirit of innovation, and cultivating high-quality talents can quickly adapt to the needs of social development, and innovation education to cultivate students in every aspect of art research has a basic position in the teaching practice of colleges and universities. In today＇s society, there is a widespread misunderstanding about the cultivation of postgraduates, and the lack of hardware facilities and teachers in colleges and universities. Teaching can adopt the training mode of credit system and the studio system combining research, development mode, being employment oriented, and use the new graduate teachers＇ comprehensive assessment and evaluation system to enhance the art quality of graduate teaching innovation education.
