斯坦福大学创业型大学发展之路对我国高校创建一流大学的启示

摘　　要：斯坦福大学是美国著名的大学,也是创业型大学的典型代表,被誉为"西部哈佛"。它在发展过程中根据学校内外部环境的变化主动变革,走向了创业型大学的道路,同时也使其在短短不到一百年的时间内成为一所世界知名的一流大学。通过回顾斯坦福大学的创业型大学发展之路并总结其成功经验,对我国高校创建一流大学提出了一流的发展理念、清晰的目标定位、卓越的学术追求和完善的内部治理的建议。Stanford University is a famous university in the United States which is also a typical representative of the entrepreneurial university,known as ＂the western Harvard＂.It took the initiative to change according to the change of internal and external environment of the school and toward to the road of Entrepreneurial University which also makes it become a first-class university in the world known in less than one hundred years.Through the review of the entrepreneurial development road of the Stanford University and summarizes its successful experience,the paper put forward the suggestion of create a first-class university such as first class development idea,clear goal orientation,excellent academic pursuit and perfect internal governance.
