摘　　要：利用ISO9001国际质量标准体系的先进理念和有效方法,开展二级学院教学质量保证体系的体系建设和运行机制设计,可以达到有效、系统和规范的目的。Using the advanced ideas of ISO9001 international quality standard system,to constrllct and design the system of the teaching quality guarantee system of the secondary school,can achieve the goal of effective and standard.
