摘　　要：如何在短期内培养学生自主学习、独立解决实际问题的能力,是摆在每位高职临床医学教育工作者面前亟待解决而且必须解决好的课题。本文将基础医学课程进行整合,在教学中采用PBL教学法,以消化系统为例,浅谈PBL教学案例的设计与编写。How to cultivate students＇ ability of independent learning and solve practical problems in a short period of time,is an urgent task to be solved before each clinical medical educator.The article integrates the basic medical curriculum,uses PBL teaching method for teaching,taking the digestive system as an example,to study of the design and preparation of PBL teaching case.
