摘　　要：近年来,医疗环境持续恶化,为体现尊重生命的医学道德观,锤炼住院医师规培生的人文精神,开启人文医学教育的新启程,我们需要在综合医院打造一支过硬的人文医学临床师资队伍,抓住临床实践教学的重要环节进行人文医学素质培养,调动临床带教医师开展人文医学项目的科研工作的积极性,为未来培育践行"生物-心理-社会"医学模式的主力军。Deteriorated in recent years,the medical enviromnent,to reflect the medical moraliw of respect for life, temper residency rules Pearson＇s humanistic spirit,open medical humanities education in the new journey,we need to build a perfect medical humanities in comprehensive hospital,clinical teachers grasp the important link of clinical practice teaching in medical humanities quality education,clinical teaching doctors to carry out the medical humanities to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific research work of the project,for the future breeding practice of ＂biology-psychology-social medical model.
