摘　　要：目的了解检验医学专业实习生在临床实习期间职业暴露情况,并分析原因,为相关教育和培训提供理论依据。方法回顾性收集职业暴露登记情况,并设计问卷调查进行调查。结果实习生职业暴露知识正确知晓率为77.54%,职业暴露率为16.06%,职业暴露后正确处置率为45.71%,实习生职业暴露知晓率、正确处置率与正式从业人员比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习生职业暴露相关知识知晓率欠缺,防护意识不强,暴露后不能按照流程处置;应该联合相关教学医院加强有关知识的培训与考核,做好实习生的职业防护工作。Objective：Understand the professional laboratory medicine interns occupational exposure during clinical practice,and analyze the reason,provide theoretical basis for related education and training.Methods：Retrospectively collected occupational exposure to register,and designed a questionnaire to investigate.Results：Interns occupational exposure knowledge know correct witting rate was 77.54% ,the occupational exposure rate was 16.06% ,the correct disposal rate of 45.71% after occupational exposure,interns,correct treatment of occupational exposure population rate compared with formal employees have statistical significance.Conclusion：Intern aware of knowledge about occupational exposure relative lack of protection awareness is not strong,not following exposure to disposal by process;Should combine the relevant teaching hospitals to strengthen the knowledge training and examination,to do a good job of occupational protection interns.
