项目化教学在《微生物学检验》实验教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：微生物学检验是一门实践性非常强的课程,实验教学在整个教学过程中起着举足轻重的作用。为了提高实验教学质量,我们采用项目化教学方法,结合教学大纲和医院微生物检验室实际工作任务,在基本操作技术的基础上增加了综合性、设计性实验项目。与传统教学法相比,结果显示:项目化教学法调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性,全面提高了学生的综合素质。Microbiological testing is one course of strong pracficality, experimental teaching plays an important role. In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching,We have used the project teaching method in the teaching process,added some comprehensive design experiments on the basis of the basic operation technology,combing with the teaching outline and actual work of the hospital microbiology laboratory .The results showed that the project teaching method had been proved to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of students,and improve the comprehensive quality of students compared with the traditional teaching method.
