摘  要:孤岛检测时极易因电网扰动的干扰而不能准确将孤岛效应检测出来,因此文章提出了一种无有功功率扰动的孤岛与扰动辨识方法。该方法是在检测到公共耦合点电压波动后,通过注入周期性无功电流扰动,利用小波分析提取流过本地负载的无功功率的特征分量后,用SVM进行孤岛与扰动的辨识。通过仿真实验证明该方法能准确辨识孤岛与电网扰动。Due to disturbance of power grid, the islanding effect can' t be accurately detected, so this paper proposes a new disturbance islanding and disturbance identification method without active power disturbance. When the voltage fluctuation is detected at the point of common coupling, a periodic reactive current as a disturbance component is ap- plied. The characteristic component of reactive power through local load is extracted by wavelet analysis, which is i- dentified between islanding and disturbance using SVM. The simulation results show that the method can accurately i-dentify the islanding and power grid disturbance.
