摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代发展潮流中,创新创业教育已然成为高等学校必须面对的新机遇、新挑战。推进创新创业教育向深层次发展,培养高质量的创新创业型人才,高水平的创新创业教育师资队伍是核心所在,也是根本保障。在创业教育师资队伍建设中,我们也应有"供给侧改革"思维,努力提升创业教育师资的胜任力,深入推动高校创业教育教学改革。In the development trend era of＂public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation＂, innovation, entrepreneurship education has become a new opportunities and new challenges that college and univercity must face. To foster innovation entrepreneurship education to deep level development, and to train high quality innovative entrepreneurial talents, a high level of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers is the core, also is the fundamental guarantee. In the construction ofentrepreneurship education teachers team, we should have the ＂supply-side reform＂ thinking, trying to promote entrepreneurship education teachers＇ competency, further promote entrepreneurship education teaching reform in colleges and universities.
