摘　　要：目的:比较MTA与Vitapex在促进根尖孔开放患者根尖闭合的效果。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Ovid、CNKI、万方、维普等国内外数据库。检索时间为建库至2016年5月。收集关于MTA和Vitapex糊剂对于促进根尖孔开放患者根尖闭合情况的随机对照和半随机对照试验资料。按照Cochrane Handbook 5.1"偏倚风险评估"工具对纳入研究进行方法学质量评估,利用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示,对于临床根尖诱导成形术总有效率,MTA组明显优于Vitapex组(P<0.05);根尖诱导术术后3个月和术后6个月MTA组与Vitapex组无显著差异(P≥0.05);术后12个月,二组差异有显著性意义(P<0.0001)。结论:MTA在促进根尖孔开放患者根尖闭合效果上优于Vitapex,且在术后1年时,两组的疗效差异最为明显。Objective： To evaluate the effect of MTA and Vitapex on promoting the sealing of patients with open tooth apice. Methods： Databases including PubMed, Ovid,CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP database were searched from the beginning of their establishments to May 2016, and random and half-random controlled trials about comparison of the effect of MTA and Vitapex on promoting the sealing of open-apical teeth. The methodological quality of the selected trials was evaluated by the ＂bias risk assessment tool＂ recommended by Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of interventions（version 5.1）, Meta analysis was performed using Cochrane RevMan version 5.3. Results： Meta analysis shows that the sealing in MTA group is much better than Vitapex group （P 〈 0.05）; after 3 months and 6 months of apexification there seemed no difference between MTA group and Vitapex group（P ≥ 0.05）, and after 12 months the sealing is much more effective in MTA group than Vitapex group（P 〈 0.0001）. Conclusion： The sealing is obviously better for open-apice using MTA than Vitapex at 1year after apexification.
