摘  要:目的:通过对省级妇幼保健机构实习学生在工作中存在的拖延现象的调查,对其产生的原因进行分析,为加强实习学生的管理和提高其实习期间的工作效率和工作质量提供参考依据.方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取631名实习学生作为调查对象,进行问卷调查和统计分析.结果:95%的学生承认自己经常或者偶尔有拖延现象;导致拖延症的主要原因是技能缺陷、害怕失败和叛逆;工作环境的适应程度、学习压力、专业兴趣、人际关系、懒惰和身体健康等各方面的因素也是导致他们推迟完成任务的原因.结论:对引起省级妇幼保健机构实习学生拖延症的影响因素加强认识和干预,从而减少拖延现象的发生.The objective of the research is basing on the investigation of the existing procrastination phe- nomenon of the internship students in the provincial maternal and child health care institutions, the reasons of the above-mentioned phenomenon are analyzed so as to strengthen the management of students and improve the work efficiency and work quality of internship to provide the reference basis for such work and its admin- istration. Methods arc that stratified cluster sampling method is used, and 631 students are selected as the ob- ject of investigation, and questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis are conducted. Results show that 95% of students admits to frequently or occasionally procrastination phenomenon, and the leading cause of procrastination is skills defects, fear of failure and rebellious. Various aspects of factors such as work environ- ment adaptation, learning pressure, professional interests, interpersonal relationship, laziness and physical health and so on are causing them to delay the task being completed. Conclusion is that it's necessary to strengthen the understanding and the intervention to the influence factors of procrastination of the internship students in the provincial maternal and child health care institutions so as to reduce the occurrence of Pro- crastination phenomenon.
