摘 要:锰渣是电解锰时产生的酸性固体滤渣,含大量有害物质而污染环境。采用XRD、XRF、材料测试机和SEM,研究了锰渣的物相成分和烧结特性。锰渣主要含石英(SiO_2)和石膏(CaSO_4·2H_2O),成分主要是Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、MgO、MnO等氧化物。在960~1020℃内样品吸水率、气孔率随温度升高而增大,而密度和强度减小。在1020~1060℃内样品吸水率、气孔率减小,密度和强度急剧增大,最高达1.479 g/cm^3密度和9.6 MPa抗折强度。超过1040℃时因部分液相出现致样品收缩开裂而不适合继续烧结。Electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) is a kind of solid and acid filter residue produced in the production process of electrolytic metal manganese, and contains a large amount of hazardous substances that can result in the serious environmental pollution. By utilizing XRF, XRD, material testing system and SEM, the mineral phase compositions and sintering properties were investigated. It was found that EMR primarily consisted of quartz ( SiO2 ) and chemical gypsum (CaSO4 2H2O), and its chemical compositions were some oxides such as Al2O3, Fe2O3, MgO and MnO. When sintered at 960 - 1020 ℃, the water absorption and porosity of sample increased with the sintering temperature rising, but the density and bending strength decreased. When sintered at 1020- 1060 ℃, inversely, the water absorption and porosity of sample lowered down, but the density and strength decreased sharply, which can obtain the maximum density of 1. 479 g/cm3 and maximum strength of 9.6 MPa. Once sintered above 1040 ℃, some liquid phases would appear in the sample and thus led to shrinkage and cracking, indicating the failure of continued sintering.
