摘　　要：目的:观察SonoVue关节腔内超声造影对正常兔膝关节滑膜及软骨的生物学效应。方法:将21只新西兰健康大白兔分为7组(每组3只,6个膝关节),其中1组为不进行造影的正常对照组。分别在造影后1、2、7、14、30、60 d处死兔子,取关节滑膜组织及软骨行HE染色,与正常组对照观察兔关节滑膜及软骨有无损伤。结果:滑膜及软骨细胞形态正常,未见肿胀变形,周围组织结构排列整齐。结论:SonoVue关节腔内超声造影安全可行。Objective： To evaluate the histological alterations in rabbit knee joint synovial membrane and cartilage induced by intra-articular injections of contrast media SonoVue. Methods： Twenty one rabbits （42 knees） were divided into 7 groups （each with 3 rabbits 6 knees）. We injected the knees with dilute SonoVue of 6 groups, and normal rabbit knee joint were used for comparison. A histological examination of the knees was carried out 1,2, 7, 14, 30 and 60 days after the injection. Results： On histological examination, synovial membrane cell and cartilage cell had normal morphology, synovial membrane was not swelling. Conclusion： The results suggest that intra- articular injection of SonoVue is a safe procedure.
