摘  要:油脂降解缓慢是影响餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的重要原因。应用脂肪酶强化餐厨垃圾厌氧产甲烷,探究了脂肪酶投加量、温度和pH对产甲烷的影响。结果表明,脂肪酶能够促进餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的水解和酸化,为产甲烷菌提供物质基质,还能提高脱氢酶的活性。脂肪酶最佳投加量为0.4g/L,最适温度为35℃,最适pH为7.0。The tardiness of lipid degradation limited the kitchen waste anaerobic fermentation. Lipase enhanced anaerobic methane production of kitchen waste was studied, and the effects of lipase dosage, temperature and pH on the production of methane were explored. Results showed that the presence of lipase promoted the processes of hydrolysis and acidification, thereby provided sufficient substrates for methane production bacteria. In addition, lipase improved the activities of dehydrogenase. The optimal lipase dosage was 0.4 g/L,the optimal temperature was 35℃ and the optimal pH was 7.0.
