摘  要:目的探讨乳腺X线数字摄影中,多种曝光模式与影像质量和辐射剂量之间的合理性,以及各种曝光模式优化组合的实用价值。方法对相同模体采用高对比度(CNT)、常规(STD)、低剂量(DOSE)三种曝光模式进行拍摄。记录所获得的影像信息及相关资料。观察乳腺数字X线摄影(DR摄影)中多种曝光模式与影像质量和辐射剂量的相关性。结果 CNT曝光模式的辐射剂量,照片中体模灰阶对比值、特定区域密度值,和影像中病灶检出值的相关数据均高于其它两种曝光模式,DOSE曝光模式的辐射剂量是最低的。CNT的图像质量没有显著的提高。结论数字化乳腺摄影的多种曝光模式,在使用前应进行评估。在保证影像质量的前提下,根据患者腺体的情况选择最优化的曝光组合,以减少患者拍片时的辐射剂量。Objective To explore the rationality of mammographic dosage and image quality with different exposure modes,and to discuss the application of its optimal combination. Methods The mammographic phantom was exposed by high contrast( CNT),routine standard( STD)and low dosage( DOSE). The image data and related data were recorded. The correlation of exposure mode with image quality and radiation dosage were analyzed. Results Among three kinds of exposure modes,gray-scale of ratio,value of specific area density and lesion detection rate of CNT were higher than those of other two modes,the radiation dosage of high contrast was the highest and that of low dosage was the lowest. The image quality of CNT was not improved when compared with other modes. Conclusion Quality control test with different modes of digital radiographic mammography should be performed before the examination. The optimal combination with different modes should be selected based on the assurance of imaging quality,in order to reduce the dosage of radiation.
