综合心理干预在精神分裂症患者治疗中的作用及对认知功能影响

摘　　要：目的综合心理干预在精神分裂症患者治疗中的作用及对认知功能影响。方法随机选取了2013年3月—2015年3月该院精神科住院的精神分裂症患者60例,按照随机分组的原则将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者采用常规抗精神病药物进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的同时给予综合心理干预措施进行干预,治疗前后对两组患者操作能力评分、记忆评分以及智商等评估指标进行对比分析。结果对比两组患者治疗后的各项评估指标,结果显示观察组患者临床症状显著好于对照组,其中观察组患者的操作能力评分为(32.44±3.02)分、记忆评分为(49.17±4.35)分、智商评分分别为(112.45±10.37)分,对照组操作能力评分为(27.62±3.18)分、记忆评分为(47.48±4.39)分、智商评分分别为(104.11±10.25)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合心理治疗对精神分裂症患者在认知功能的提高上效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To analyze the effect of general mental intervention in treatment of patients with Schizophrenia and effect on the cognitive function. Methods Random selection 60 cases of patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine antipsychotic agents, while the observation group adopted the general mental intervention measures for treatment, and the operation ability score, memory score and IQ of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences in the operation ability, memory score and IQ score between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant[（32.44 ±3.02）points,（49.17±4.35）points,（112.45±10.37）points vs（27.62±3.18）points,（47.48±4.39）points,（104.11±10.25）points]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of general mental treatment in improving the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia is obvious, which is worth wide promotion in clinic.
