行为修正理论模式在高校思政课教学中的构建与实施

摘　　要：行为修正理论主要功能是对人的行为予以导向,并且加以规范、修正、限制和改造,根据结果的好坏进行正强化和负强化。这一理论可应用于高校大学生思想政治教育工作中。本文以高校思政课教学为研究对象,从行为修正理论模式应用于高校思政课教学的必要性,高校思政课行为修正模式的理论构建,高校思政课行为修正理论模式的教学效果和反思等方面阐述了行为修正理论模式在高校思政课教学中的应用与实践。这对于改变传统教学模式,提高高校思政课教学效果具有重要的指导意义。The main function of Behavior modification theory is to guide people’s behavior, and to regulate, correct, restrict and transform according to the results of the stand or fall of positive rein-forcement and negative reinforcement. It could be applied to the college students ideological and politi-cal education work, this paper took ideological and political courses in colleges and universities as the research object, then from the model of theory of behavior modification in the necessity of the educa-tion courses teaching in college and universities, colleges and universities education class behavior modification mode of theory construction, education courses in colleges and universities behavior mod-ification theory model of the teaching effect and reflection behavior modification were reviewed, inclu-ding theoretical model in the application and practice of education courses teaching in colleges and uni-versities. This has important guiding significance to change the traditional teaching mode of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and improve the teaching effect.
