传统中医药应用于老年止痒化妆品开发的初步探讨

摘　　要：从老年性瘙痒症的发生机理入手,综述了现代医学和中医治疗老年性瘙痒症的状况,认为老年性瘙痒症的西医疗法治愈率不高,而出现不良反应的风险和复发率较高;而中医疗法效果显著,副作用小,复发率低.鉴于老年人通常较为抗拒就医,相比药物治疗,老年人对护肤品的接受程度更高,且护肤品的使用又较为方便快捷.因此,以中医药理论为指导,充分吸收现代科技成果,将辨证施治应用于老年止痒化妆品的开发,是进一步的研究方向.Beginning with mechanisms of senile pruritus, the present situation of modem medicine and tradi-tional Chinese medicine for the treatment of senile pruritus were analyzed. It was fern medicine treatment to senile pruritus was not high and the risk of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were higher. However, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine was remarkable with small side effects and low recurrence rate. In view that the elderly are usually more resistant to medical treatment, compared to drg treatment , the elderly have higher acceptance of skin care products because of its conveguiding by the traditional Chinese medicine theory, fully absorbing the achievements of modern science andtechnology , applying syndrome differentiation and treatment to the development of antipriitic cosmetics devel-opment will be the further research direction.
