18～35岁月经期女性精神分裂症患者与阳性症状关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨月经期与18~35岁女性精神分裂症患者阳性症状的关系。方法:选择2016年1~12月笔者所在医院收治的60例女性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,分别测定患者经期(观察组)和非经期(对照组)的各项性激素水平、阳性和阴性症状量表评分表(PANSS)评分、智商数等。结果:经期女性精神分裂症患者的E2水平显著低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经期女性精神分裂症患者的阳性症状、PANSS总分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:月经期低雌激素水平与18~35岁女性精神分裂症患者的精神症状具有明显的相关性,月经期女性精神分裂症患者的阳性症状更为突出。Objective： To investigate the relationship between menstrual cycle and the positive symptoms of schizophrenia in womenaged 18-35 years. Metliods： From January 2016 to December 2016 during the 60 female mental hospital schizophrenia patients as the re-search object, patients in menstrual period were measured （observation group） and non menstrual periomone levels,PANSS score,IQ number. Results： Female patients with schizophrenia in menstrual period of E2 levels significantly lower thanthe control group （P 〈0. 05）. Menstrual period women the positive symptoms of schizophrenia patients, PANSS scores higher than that of control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The low level of estrogen in the menstrual period is significantly related to the mental symptoms of 18 - 35 years old female patients with schizophrenia.
