紫杉醇脂质体对大鼠卵巢癌的抑制疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫杉醇治疗大鼠卵巢癌的效果。方法:制备卵巢癌大鼠模型48只,对其随机分成紫杉醇脂质体组(A),紫杉醇注射液组(B)和生理盐水组(C)。给药后对两组的治疗效果进行分析比较。结果:两组大鼠中给药紫杉醇脂质体组抑制卵巢癌的有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇脂质体对大鼠卵巢癌有较好的抑制作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of paclitaxel on ovarian cancer in rats. Metliods： A total of 48 vided into paclitaxel liposome group （ A）,paclitarel Injection group （B ） and normal saline group （ C） . After treatment,the therapeuticeffects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate of two groups of rats in the paclitaxel liposome group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The paclitaxel liposome has agood inhibitory effect on ovarian cancer in rat.
