摘 要:以多体系统理论为基础结合齐次坐标变换原理,以i5T5.2型数控车床为例,分析其组成部件及拓扑结构,通过Matlab软件编写程序建立了该型车床的几何误差模型。通过计算机快速准确地对误差模型进行分析,并将分析结果以统计图的形式显示,便于发现误差分布规律及误差作用规律。通过机床实际加工棒料测得加工误差并与机床误差建模分析结果对比,较好地验证了模型的正确性。在后续实际加工中应用误差建模分析数据进行误差补偿,有效地提高了该型机床的加工精度。Based on the multi-body system theory combined with the homogeneous coordinate transformation principle, taking ex-ample for i5T5. 2 CNC lathe, the comprised parts and topological structure on this lathe were analyzed. Its geometric error model was established through Matlab software programming. Through high-speed computing in computer, the error model was analyzed, and its results were displayed in the form of statistical figure, so as to easily find law of errors distribution and interactive law of errors. Correct model was well verified by comparing analysis results between modeling of machine tool errors and measured machining errors in actual machining of stick materials. In the following actual machining, analyzed data in errors modeling are applied in error compensation, which can effectively improve the precision of the machine tool.
