摘　　要：基于对利益相关者导向、绿色创新及企业绩效的理论分析,构建了以绿色创新为中介变量的利益相关者导向与企业绩效关系模型。通过问卷调查,以陕西省建筑企业为样本,利用结构方程(SEM),实证分析利益相关者导向与企业绩效的关系及绿色创新在利益相关者导向与企业绩效关系间的中介作用。结果表明,利益相关者导向对企业绩效的直接作用不显著,但是利益相关者导向对绿色创新、绿色创新对企业绩效均有显著的直接影响,绿色创新在利益相关者导向与企业绩效的关系中起完全中介作用。The purpose of the research is to test the mediating effect of green innovation between stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance.Based on the theories of stakeholder orientation,green innovation and enterprise performance,the research analyzes the influence of the shareholder orientation on enterprise performance and the mediating effect of green innovation on the relationship between stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance by using the structure equation model（SEM）.Hypothesis testing is based on data from samples of construction enterprises in Shanxi Province.The results of the mediating effect show that the direct effect of stakeholder orientation on enterprise performance is not significant,and green innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance.
