摘　　要：目的:探讨Rab25蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测56例结肠癌组织和对应癌旁组织中Rab25蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:56例结肠癌组织中Rab25蛋白阳性表达率73.2%(41/56),癌旁组织中Rab25蛋白阳性表达率28.6%(16/56)。在癌组织与癌旁组织之间,Rab25蛋白的表达存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。Rab25表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Rab25在结肠癌组织中存在显著高表达,提示Rab25的异常高表达在结肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective： To evaluate the expression of Rab25 in the colon cancer tissues and investigate its association with the clinicopathological features of colon cancer patient. Methods： The expression of Rab25 was examined in56 surgical specimens of primary colonic carcinoma and 56 adjacent cancer tissues with immunohistochemistry method. The correlations of the Rab25 expression with clinicopathological parameters. Results： The positive rate of expression of Rab25 was 73. 2%（ 41/56） in cancer tissues and 28. 6%（ 16/56） in adjacent cancer tissues. There was an obvious statistical difference between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. The Rab25 expression was significantly correlated with the histological grade,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis of colon cancer（ P 〈0. 05）. The positive expression of Rab25 was significantly correlated with the differentiation,lymph node metastasisand and TNM stage（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Rab25 is highly expressed in colon cancer tissues,which suggested that the abnormal high expression of Rab25 played an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
