摘　　要：应用型本科高校建设质量标准直接关系到应用型高校的改革方向和应用型技术技能型人才培养的质量。根据科学性、导向性、可操作性、系统性的原则,设计应用型本科高校建设质量标准体系,包括目标层、系统层、要素层和指标层四个层次,结合科学的评价和赋值方法,细化指标系统、确立各项指标的权重、明确各项指标的评价等级,从而构建起应用型高校建设质量标准体系。The quality standard of applied undergraduate university is directly related to the reform direction of applied universities and the quality of personnel training. The quality standard system of applied undergraduate university is established according to the principle of scientific nature, guidance, operability, systematicness, including target layer, system layer,element layer and index layer. The system of quality standards make the index system more detailed, establish the weight of every index, make the evaluation grades more specific by scientific evaluation and assignment method.
