摘 要:以芥酸酰胺丙基二甲胺(芥酸PKO)和环氧氯丙烷为原料,在弱碱催化条件下制备了联接基团含羟基、疏水链中含酰胺基的阳离子双子表面活性剂(Gemini-AH).利用红外(FIIR)、核磁(~1H NMR)和元素分析法(EA)对产物的结构进行表征;通过表面张力法和紫外吸收光谱(UV)测定了产物的物化性能,测试结果显示产物的表面张力为24.8mN·m^(-1),临界胶束浓度(cmc)为1.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1),且UV-Vis测试结果表明Gemini-AH溶液具有显著的增色效应.测试Gemini-AH水凝胶的黏度行为.Cationic gemini surfactant which contained amide group in main-chain and hydroxyl in linking group (abbreviated as Gemini-AH ) , was prepared from erucic acid amide propy-ldimethylamine (Erucic acid PKO ) and epichlorohydrin under the condition of alkaline catal-ysis. Its structure was characterized by Flourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FI-IR) , proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H NMR ) and elemental analysis method (EA ). The physico-chemical properties of the Gemini-AH were revealed that the surface tension and the critical micelle concentration (cmc) was 24. 8 m N·m^-1 and 1. 0 × 10^-5 mol ·m^-1 respectively, via surface tension measurement and ultraviolet (UV ). At the same time,the remarkable hyperchromic effect of Gemini-AH solution was de-picted through UV . In addition,the hydro-gel viscosity of Gemini-AH was also measured.
