摘 要:基于春光油藏基本特征研究及水平井水窜特征分析,针对春光油田因地层易出砂,大部分热采井下有机械防砂管柱等现状,结合封堵调剖剂可注入性和封堵能力,合成了一种新型地下交联凝胶窜封堵水体系。该体系以丙烯酰胺和N-N二甲基双丙烯酰胺为原料,通过实验对其配方进行逐级优化。结果表明,凝胶窜封堵水体系具备良好的长期稳定性、抗温耐盐性、抗剪切抗压性、封堵能力。2015年至2016年凝胶堵水剂应用于春10Ⅱ2-9-3H井,实施多轮次调堵施工工艺后,日产液量、含水率和日产油量体现出逐渐稳定趋势,效果显著,满足春10井区热采水平井层间窜封堵技术要求。Based on the basic characteristics of Chunguang Reservoir and the analysis of water channeling in horizontal wells,in view of the situation that the oilfield being easy for sand production and having mechanical sand control string in the most of thermal recovery wells,a new type of down hole crosslinked gel water shutoff system was synthesized in consideration of the injectability and plugging capacity of the profile control agent.The water shutoff system was synthesized by using acrylamide and N-N dimethyl bisacrylamide as raw materials,and then its synthesis process was optimized through experiment by step by step.The experimental results show that the gel water shutoff system has good and long-term stability,temperature and salt resistance,shear resistance,pressure resistance and plugging ability.From 2015 to 2016,the gel and water shutoff system was used in Well 10Ⅱ2-9-3H of Chunguang Oilfield.After multi round plugging operations are implemented,the daily liquid production,water cut and daily oil production show a stable trend,and the significant effect is obtained,which can meet the requirements of the interlayer channeling plugging technology in the horizontal wells of thermal recovery in Block Chun 10.
