摘　　要：目的 系统评价种植修复对无牙颌患者口腔健康相关生命质量的影响,为临床决策提供循证依据.方法 系统检索中国知网、万方数据、Medline、EMBASE、Cochrane Library数据库中发表的评估种植全口覆盖义齿与传统全口义齿对患者口腔健康相关生命质量（oral health-related quality of life,OHRQoL）影响的随机对照临床试验,最终纳入9篇文献,包括病例769例,其中种植全口覆盖义齿（种植组）401例,传统全口义齿（对照组）368例.对治疗前后两组患者OHRQoL进行Meta分析.结果 种植和传统全口义齿治疗后患者OHRQoL均比治疗前显著提高,种植组标准化均数差为1.63（95%置信区间为1.25~2.02）,对照组为0.62（95%置信区间为0.38~0.86）.两组治疗后效果比较显示,种植组患者OHRQoL的改善程度显著大于对照组[0.87（95%置信区间0.54~1.20）].结论 种植修复优于传统全口义齿修复方案,可显著提高无牙颌患者OHRQoL.Objective To evaluate the effect of implant related treatment on the oral health related quality of life （OHRQoL） of edentulous patients. Methods The CNKI, Wanfang database and Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane Library databases that include randomized clinical trials comparing implant supported overdentures with conventional complete denture for edentulous patients were retrived. Nine studies involving 769 cases were included and meta-analysis was conducted. Results The standardized mean difference （SMD） of oral health impact profile （OHIP） score was 1.63 （95%CI：1.25-2.02） and improved after implant related treatment, which was significantly better than the conventional complete denture （0.87, 95%CI： 0.54-1.20）. Conclusions Implant supported overdentures improved patient＇s OHRQoL and showed better performance compared to the overdentures complete dentures.
