益气活血法治疗脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血法治疗脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效,并对其安全性进行评价。方法将61例患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予西医基础治疗(抗血小板聚集药物和他汀类药物),治疗组在前者基础上加予益气活血中药,疗程均为6个月,观察其临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,经治疗后在中医证候积分、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)、颈动脉硬化斑块积分、血脂水平、C反应蛋白、凝血功能、降低复发率方面优于对照组,且无增加不良反应的风险。结论益气活血法治疗脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化疗效肯定,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Yiqihuoxue Powders on cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods： 61 patients were divided into two groups, the control group were received general therapy （antiplatelet agents and statins lipid-lowering drugs）, and the treatment group were received Yiqihuoxue Powders based on the control group. After the treatment course for 6 months, the clinical effects were observed between two groups. Results： Some indices in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group including the main symptoms, the recurrence rate,the blood lipid level, the blood coagulation function, the C-reactive protein, the carotid artery plaque score and the intima-media thickness. The treatment group was more safe than the control group. Conclusion： It is definite of the clinical effects with Yiqihuoxue Powders on cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerosis which is no adverse reaction.
