摘  要:从一场关于"讲故事"论文的合法性讨论,可以窥视传播学学科内部两种诠释社群——诠释主义与实证主义的范式差异。叙事性研究强调叙事作为人类经验的核心,在某种程度上溢出了传统质性研究及民族志的框架,表现出更为激进的文化态度,因此需要学术社群进一步反思辨析建立基本共识。它指向的地方知识的生产既是诠释多重现实的意义之网的必经之路,也是知识生产者在学术及文化上寻求双重主体性的结果。叙事性研究方法在传播学学科的应用,人文性传统对主流实证主义范式的反拨,都是一种打破学术内眷性的学术"环流"。After reviewing the unfolding process of an academic debate and the different arguments emerging from it,this article traces the historical origin and context of why and how narrative research enters into the communication science, and discusses how the two interpretive communities within the discipline,interpretivism and positivism, accept the narrative research differently. It also tries to address the legitimacy and methodological significance of narrative research in the whole universe of the humanities and social sciences. Narrative research emphasizes narrative as the core of human experience,and somehow exceeds the frame of traditional qualitative research and ethnography,thus requiring academiccommunities to rethink and build the basic consensus. It is targeted at producing local knowledge,which is necessary for the knowledge producer both to interpret the multiple reality and to seek his/her double subjectivity culturally and academically. It is viewed that narrative media studies, as well as the humanistic return attempting to break through the dominant positivist paradigm of communication science,is an academic circulation breaking the academic involution. The debate on narrative research is the result of humanities and social sciences as well as their conceptions and theories flowing,colliding,rethinking and discriminating with each other. It reminds us of a new way to explore and think the self-renewal of the communication science.
