摘  要:目的建立同时测定复方参芎滴丸中丹参素钠、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA和阿魏酸4种成分质量分数的HPLC法。方法采用Welchrom-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为体积分数0.1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇-乙腈(体积比40∶60),梯度洗脱;流量为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为286 nm;柱温为25℃。结果丹参素钠、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA分别在1.92~30.7μg/mL(r=0.999 4)、1.12~18.0μg/mL(r=0.999 1)、3.50~56.0μg/mL(r=0.999 4)、4.25~68.0μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为104.4%、101.0%、99.6%、96.4%,RSD值分别为1.955%、2.520%、2.154%、1.458%。结论该方法简便、精确、重复性好,适用于复方参芎滴丸中4种成分的测定。Objective To establish the HPLC method for simultaneous determination of salvianic acid A sodium, salvianolic acid B, tanshinone ⅡA and ferulic acid in Compound Shenxiong pills. Methods The analysis was performed on Welchrom-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (A) and acetonitrile-methanol (40:60) (B) for gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm, and column temperature was maintained at 25℃. Results Salvianic acid A sodium, ferulie acid, salvianolic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A showed good linear relationships within the range of 1.92-30.7 μg/mL (r= 0.999 4), 1.12-18.0 μg/mL (r= 0,999 1), 3.50-56.0 μg/mL (r=0.999 4), and 4.25-68.0 μg/mL (r= 0.999 7), with average recoveries of 104.4% ( RSD= 1.955%), 101.0% ( RSD = 2.520%), 99.6% ( RSD = 2. 154%), and 96.4% ( RSD = 1.458%), respectively. Conclusion This simple, accurate and reproducible method is suitable for the determination of these four constituents in Compound Shenxiong pills.
