摘　　要：深入探究2010—2014年东北地区建筑业发展过程中存在的问题,运用超效率DEA-Malmquist模型和投入产出指标筛选相结合的分析方法,对2010—2014年东北地区建筑业效率进行测算。结果表明东北地区建筑业综合技术效率、规模效率和纯技术效率差距较大。试图以政府、企业和行业协会的视角,提出推动东北地区建筑业发展对策及建议,以促进东北地区建筑业稳定、快速、协同发展。In order to objectively evaluate the efficiency of construction industry in northeast region from 2010 to 2014, the problems are explored in the development of construction industry in Northeast China. The construction efficiency of the northeastern region from 2010 to 2014 is meas- ured by the method that combines the super-efficient DEA-Malmquist model and the input-output index screening method. The efficiency is compared and analyzed from the perspective of the deci- sion-making unit, the scale efficiency, the efficiency type of the construction industry and the dy- namic model. Finally, in order to promote the development of the northeast region construction stably, rapidly and coordinately, from the perspective of government, enterprises and industry asso- ciations, the strategies and recommendations that promote the development of the Northeast region construction are made.
