校企协同育人机制构建

摘　　要：针对校企合作中遇到的问题,以提高人才培养质量为切入点,以"五共一体"战略思想为指导思想,探索了"1个平台、2个重点、3个适应、4个转变"的学校与行业企业合作新模式,提出了构建动力机制、驱动机制、调控机制与保障机制等校企合作长效机制的策略,以期为建立互惠共赢的校企利益共同体,推进校企协同育人发展提供借鉴。Aiming at problems in university-enterprise cooperation, in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation as the starting point, with the strategy of ＂five systems integration＂ as the guiding principle, we explore a new university-enterprise cooperation model at ＂One Platform, Two Key Points, Three Adaptations and Four Changes＂, and put forward the strategies of the dynamic mechanism, the driving mechanism, the regulation mechanism and the safeguard mechanism. We hope to build a mutually beneficial and win-win university-enterprise interest community, and promote the development of university-enterprise cooperative education.
