摘　　要：简化太极拳的理论知识教学 ,在整个太极拳的教学过程中起到了画龙点睛的作用。此类研究对太极拳教学 。Simplifying the theory teaching of shadow boxing has great signcficance during the whole shadow boxing teaching process.This kind of research is very important in quiding the shadow boxing teaching,especially in completing the teaching task within the requlation teaching time.
